1. Definitions

4. Account Registration and Verification

Verification typically completes within 1-24 hours. Until verification is complete, your account may have limited functionality including withdrawal restrictions. 4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. ahha4d employs advanced fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity, freeze accounts pending investigation, and cooperate with law enforcement authorities when illegal activity is suspected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ahha4d shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

Our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of ahha4d services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the twelve months preceding the claim. 11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees or charges) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.

11.2 Termination by ahha4d

ahha4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if:
